Anzacare does not receive the full credit
card information from your online transaction and so does
see this information of have it on
record.
If you order by phone the credit card
information is not retained unless you instruct us to do
so for future
transactions.
Because the Anzacare products are
classified as medical devices, there are legislative
requirements that a record of the sale must be retained
for 5 years. This is to enable an efficient recall
process in the unlikely event of any malfunction that
could be injurious to the health of the user. This
information is retained in a secure filing
facility.
