DRI Excel ®


The Urosensor™ on the DRI Excel® (plug-in model) is a consumable item, and customers of this model can expect that it will need replacing from time to time to keep getting the best results - in the same way that the air filter on your car needs replacing.
Due to this, Anzacare recommends that you purchase a spare Urosensor™ when you buy your DRI Excel®, so that there is no break in treatment that may occur while waiting for a replacement sensor.

 

DRI Eclipse®


The DRI Eclipse® operates a different sensor to the DRI Excel®. Its Urosensor is electronic and is not a consumable part. You can expect the Urosensor on the DRI Eclipse® to last as long as the battery - which is 2-3 years, under normal use and care. This sensor can be replaced if lost or damaged, for $60.00.

Battery Lives:

 

The DRI Excel® batteries last up to a year (and often longer) and the DRI Eclipse® alarm battery can last 1 to 2 years. However to maximize battery life both the DRI Eclipse® and DRI Excel® alarm units need to be switched off when not in use, which is detailed in the instructions provided. The DRI Eclipse® sensor battery lasts 2 to 3 years because of advanced battery saving technology.


Warranty:


 
Anzacare will replace any product which fails due to manufacturing fault within 6 months of purchase (proof of purchase date must be provided).
